Do I need to own land before contacting Zamzam Development?

No. Call us while you are still looking at land, after you have bought a lot, or once your plans are drawn.

Can you build from plans I already have?

Yes. Send us your plans. We read them the way they will be built and set out the budget line by line.

Can you help if I don’t have architectural plans yet?

Yes. Your architect leads the design, and we work alongside from the start.

Where do you build?

We focus on Metro Detroit and the surrounding Southeast Michigan communities, particularly Oakland County. Tell us where your property is.

Do you offer standard home models?

We do not keep a catalog of our own. Our architect partners have plans you can choose from and tailor to your needs, or you can start from a design that is entirely yours.

How much does it cost to build a custom home?

Each home is different, so there is no table to quote from. Once we have seen your drawings and your property, we set out the budget line by line and go through it with you.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the home and the town. When we know both, we give you a schedule you can follow, and we update it as the work moves.

Can I make selections for my home?

Yes. We tell you when each one is needed so nothing holds up the work.
